Tony Luke talks about how different he is in real life than his character in ZEE5’s ‘Expiry Date’

ZEE5 is one of the largest creators having a ginormous library of content which fits just perfect for whatever is the mood of the viewer. The recently announced Expiry date is an interesting plot which has hit the right chord of many real life scenarios which has resonated with the viewers perfectly.

The plot revolves around two people reported missing, after a wedding took place on the same day. The police is now investigating about these two mysterious missing cases. The story then takes a twist of extra marital affairs after not recieving enough from your partner.

As the story digs deeper, has the comfort of money and power caused a dent between the lovers making the partner cheat on the other on purpose? The trailer then shifts into a chase that is filled with anger. Will jealousy, revenge and karma play as a catalyst changing the equation of the relationship? You will get a glimpse of betrayal, deceit and a lot more. But the question is, do relationships come with an expiry date?

Tony Luke who’s essaying the character of Vishwa sheds light on how he’s different from his reel life character.

Tony Luke says, “On the outside, we both are same we both are normal people. We laught , we love, we fight, we go through all the emotions of a normal person but I am blessed to have control over my life.”

Talking about the reel life character Tony further adds, “Unfortunately, Vishwa doesn’t! he is a normal person who tries to handle and react to abnormal situations in his life. I would say Vishwa’s life would be like seeing a peaceful and beautiful small city by the oceans side which is burning slowly with everything inside , right in front of you! That would be his life. I wouldn’t want to be in his place”

Expiry Date’ is an edge of the seat suspence thriller with unexpected twists in every episode, interwoven with love, trust, deceit and vengeance.

Directed by Shankar K Marthand, produced by Northstar Entertainment Pvt Ltd, the series will star Sneha Ullal, Tony Luke, Madhu Shalini and Ali Reza in pivotal roles and will release in Hindi and Telugu both.

Expiry Date is a ten episode series set to premiere on 2nd October on ZEE5!
