India’s historic football matches against Brazil, Uruguay and Panama to be broadcast live on Sony Sports Network, Sony AATH and Sony LIV

Indian football is set for an unprecedented international window as the Blue Tigers take on five-time FIFA World Cup champions Brazil, two-time champions Uruguay and World Cup participants Panama. Fans across India and the subcontinent can watch all three matches live on Sony Sports Network, Sony AATH and Sony LIV.
Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI) has secured the exclusive television and digital rights to the three landmark matches, which will be played in Bengaluru and Kolkata between September 25 and October 6, 2026.
Indian football’s biggest moment has finally arrived and the whole country will be tuned in to watch the Blue Tigers take on three top-ranked FIFA teams. The once in a lifetime event begins at Bengaluru’s Sree Kanteerava Stadium on September 25, when India face Panama for the first time in senior men’s international football. Currently ranked among the world’s top 50 teams, Panama will offer the Blue Tigers a formidable opening test.
The focus will then shift to the iconic Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan (the Salt Lake Stadium) in Kolkata for two of the biggest matches in Indian football history. India will face Brazil on October 3, marking the highest-ranked opposition encountered by the Blue Tigers since the FIFA World Ranking was introduced in 1992. Three days later, India will take on Uruguay to complete a rare and compelling run of matches against some of world football’s most celebrated nations.
For the Indian team, the three fixtures present an invaluable opportunity to test its skill, speed and temperament against elite international opposition. For fans, they offer the rare not to be missed spectacle of seeing the Blue Tigers share the field with some of the biggest names and most storied teams in global football.
