Among the most talked-about acts of the evening was Tamannaah Bhatia’s stunning tribute to the iconic women of Indian cinema. With a seamless blend of energy, grace, elegance, and expression, she commanded the stage with a high-octane performance featuring a striking contemporary fusion and a medley of evergreen hits.

A full-on filmy tribute to the dancing queens who got us grooving, with chart-toppers like Kajra Re, Sheila Ki Jawani, Fevicol Se, Beedi, and Kala Chashma lighting up the stage, along with her chartbuster Aaj Ki Raat — Tamannaah owned the stage with effortless flair.

It’s a night that celebrates everything we love about Indian cinema, and I felt honoured to pay tribute to the incredible women who’ve inspired generations with their grace and talent. I spent a lot of hours in practice to get it right—it was a tribute, and I wanted to do full justice to it. Reimagining Aaj Ki Raat, which has always been close to my heart, for a live performance was both challenging and creatively fulfilling. I truly hope the audience enjoys watching it as much as I enjoyed performing it.”
