Before Panchayat Season 4 drops, here are 5 life lessons we have learnt from Phulera’s finest through Seasons 1, 2 & 3!

The way TVF (The Viral Fever) struck a chord with the audience through Panchayat, there couldn’t be a better example of creating a relatable show. From the young to adults to the elderly, the show catered to all age groups and connected with the masses as a whole. Not only did the show win the hearts of the audience, but it also made an impact at award shows, winning major honors at IIFA like Best Actor and Best Story, just to name a few. While the audience has always been excited for every succeeding season, everyone is now eagerly awaiting its 4th season.

However, before Panchayat Season 4 drops, let’s recap and take a look at the learnings from the previous three seasons.

Sometimes, small wins matter most
It was that moment in the show when the entire Phulera stood united against the Vidhayak. In another powerful scene, a new sachiv arrives in Phulera with an arrogant attitude but fails to settle in, leading to Sachiv Ji’s return to the Panchayat office. These incidents highlight how small wins can bring about immense joy and unity.

Simplicity is powerful
The reason Panchayat was able to hold the audience’s attention across all seasons lies in its simplicity. From the rural setting of Phulera to the down-to-earth characters, everything was portrayed in a way that evoked a sense of belonging. Whether it was love, anger, jealousy, or politics—every emotion was depicted in the most heartfelt and simple manner.

Adaptability is key
When Sachiv Ji first arrives in Phulera, he is distracted and plans to leave soon. However, with time, he adapts to everything, from the people to the culture and politics. His adaptability is evident as he builds bonds with Pradhan Ji, Prahlad Cha, Vikas, Rinky and others This teaches us that with time, everything falls into place.

Keep learning, always
In a heart-wrenching moment, when Prahlad Cha loses his son, he becomes deeply lonely. But eventually, he finds the strength to move forward, realizing that the people around him matter the most. His journey teaches us that no matter how heavy the sorrow, there is always something to learn, and reasons to carry on.

Friendship goes beyond backgrounds
There was a time in Phulera when Sachiv Ji decided to leave the village, thinking he had no real friends there. But that same night, Pradhan Ji, Prahlad Cha, and Vikas knocked on his door, inviting him for drinks, a simple gesture that marked the beginning of a deep friendship. The bond only grew stronger, especially when Pradhan Ji stood up to the Vidhayak for insulting Sachiv Ji.
