June 21 eclipse: Amiben Modi advices chanting during the solar eclipse

June 21 will witness the very first solar eclipse of the year. It is said that it will begin at 9:15 a.m. and will end at 3:03 p.m. Spiritual healer Amiben Modi advices chanting during the course of the eclipse for good results.

“One thing I think everyone should do is chant during this time to your favourite deity as prayers are also amplified during this time and yield optimum results,” she said.

Talking about the dos and don’ts during this time, Amiben revealed, “When there is an imbalance in the atmosphere, it creates many things – including an imbalance of certain hormones in our body, the light emitted during this period has more negative ions and less positive atoms hence there are chances of food poisoning leading to indigestion.”

“Just like our body the planet undergoes some updates and hence chances of natural calamities hence one should stay indoors, avoid traveling. The sun is normally not easy to look at but during this period one is tempted to look at it but the rays are harmful and can damage retina hence one should not look outside,” she further added.

Amiben feels that people should look at this eclipse as an opportunity of rebooting themselves and said, “I think just like the phones need charging the sun is our charger, it is getting unplugged and plugged back in, so we should take this opportunity to reboot ourselves, make a list of everything we want to change/upgrade like health, relationship, habit, work project and use this as a new beginning once the eclipse is over and take this as a new phase of our lives.”
