Kaala Teeka co-stars reunite as Akshara Singh to star in Dalljiet’s next!

Actress, single mother added another feather to her cap during the lockdown as Dalljiet pursued her passion for filmmaking as she turned writer & producer & announced her series of short films earlier this year slated to release in the coming months under her banner Ink Empire.

Dalljiet made a headway with television’s top stars, bringing them to do her films & recently announced Pavitra Punia & Eijaz Khan romantically opposite each other for the first time ever in her supernatural thriller.

Apparently another one in the pipeline is also a thriller starring Akshara Singh who is a reigning Bhojpuri actress & also has done noteworthy work on Indian television & films. Dalljiet & Akshara go back a long way as they were co-stars in Kaala Teeka & team up again after 2 years.

Not delving into details, Dalljeit shares, ‘ This is yet another thriller & I’m excited to work with Akshara who’s done a fab job. We shot this film in Mumbai & I love how it has turned out to be. Akshara’s fans will love to see her in a new avatar.’

Akshara excitedly shares, ‘It was wonderful working with Dalljiet. She’s always been an elder sister to me, guiding me. I’ve learnt a lot from her. We first met when we worked in Kaala Teeka together & she’s always cared for me & felt protective about me. I really respect her & I think we make a good team. I respect Dalljiet’s journey.’
