Back-to-back birthday celebration on DKP and Shahi Productions sets

Rajan Shahi and his team at Director’s Kut Productions (DKP) and Shahi Productions Pvt Ltd celebrated a week full of birthdays. The ace producer is known to throw surprise birthday get-togethers for his cast, and he organised not one but two celebrations in the past week. 

The first was of actor Paras Priyadarshan, who plays Neil in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, and the second was of Gaurav Khanna, who is seen as Anuj Kapadia in Anupamaa. While the team celebrated Paras’ birthday on December 9, Gaurav’s was celebrated on December 11. 

Keeping up with the tradition, Rajan presented a beautiful bouquet to both the actors and even got a cake for them. The whole cast and crew also joined in for the celebration. 

But what caught our attention in Gaurav’s birthday photos was the presence of the newest member of the show, Aneri Vajani. The actress has come onboard to play Gaurav’s sister in the show and looks like we will soon see her on-screen. 

The current track in both shows have generated curiosity amongst the audience. While in Anupamaa, we will get to see Vanraj making Anupamaa realise her feelings for Anuj, in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Akshara is left shocked when Harshvardhan thanks Aarohi for saving Abhimanyu’s life in front of the Goenkas.
