‘Lifting someone up is the best exercise for the heart’, says Mahesh Thakur from Mere Sai: Shraddha Aur Saburi

Sony Entertainment Television’s Mere Sai: Shraddha aur Saburi has always aimed to educate audiences on a variety of important societal issues. In the current episodes, acclaimed actor Mahesh Thakur, who portrays the role of Govind Raghunath Dabholkar (Hemadpant), can be seen sharing the screen with the show’s principal actor, Tushar Dalvi, who plays Sai Baba.

Talking about the current track, Mahesh Thakur shares his thoughts on how reaching out to someone and lifting them up is the best exercise for one’s heart. He said, “It is all too easy to get caught up in solving your own problems. So much so, you forget to help others unknowingly. While it is necessary to prioritize yourself at times, it’s much more crucial to assist others whenever possible.”

He further added, “Being generous isn’t always about charity; becoming more generous and compassionate will have real-world consequences for you. So, always be willing to provide a helping hand; you could be the only one who can.”

In the ongoing track, Govind ji has arrived at Shirdi, where he meets Sai Baba in an unexpected setting and is taken aback by how he helps him conquer his fear of insects and scorpions.
