Celebrating Janmashmithi with Sony TV’s Vighnaharta Ganesh

Sony Entertainment Television’s most loved mythological show Vighnaharta Ganesh has managed to connect seamlessly with the viewers and has become an audience favourite. Actors such as Advati Kulkarni plays the role of Ganesha, Malkhan Singh portraying Lord Shiva Madirakshi Mundle portrays the role of Parvati and they have been portraying their parts with great ease. Introducing a new chapter, actor Lavina Tandon has been roped in to portray the role of Mira Bai.

The story revolves around ‘Mira Bai’, a dedicated devotee of Lord Krishna who worshipped him religiously. In the upcoming episode, the show will be celebrating Janmashtmi and Mira Bai will be seen getting the holy darshan of lord Krishan. Further, it is also seen that Mira Bai requests Lord Krishan to take her along with him.

Sharing her experience on shooting the episode Lavina Tandon says, “Janmashtami marks the birth of Lord Krishna and is a very auspicious day. I am so honoured to be a part of this mythological show and portray Mira Bai who is a devotee of Lord Krishna. The dynamics of Lord Krishna and Mira Bai is so pure. I feel blessed to be portraying that on screen. In the show, Mira Bai will finally get a chance to meet Lord Krishna which I feel is something the viewers must look forward to”.
