Priyanshi Yadav on Vrinda-Swati’s heartbreaking scenes in Zee TV’s Tu Hi Re Dil Mein: “Simran Rawal makes work so much easier”
Zee TV’s Tu Hi Re Dil Mein is currently taking viewers through an emotional phase with its latest twist. The show recently saw a major twist as Vrinda (Priyanshi Yadav) and Sanjay (Abrar Qazi) got married. However, Vrinda soon learns that Sanjay is in love with someone else and plans to marry her. Heartbroken, Vrinda decides to distance herself from him. During this difficult phase, she meets Swati (Simran Rawal), who takes her home and becomes her closest friend. Vrinda hides her real identity and introduces herself as Ammu. Soon, the two develop a deep bond, unaware that Sanjay is the common link between them, as the woman he loves is none other than Swati.
However, Swati’s mother Madhavi (Gouri Tonnk) dislikes Vrinda and believes she could create problems for Swati. She asks Vrinda to make Swati hate her and leave the house. Despite knowing how difficult this will be, Vrinda decides to push Swati away so that she can rebuild her bond with Madhavi. As Vrinda deliberately distances herself, both friends are left heartbroken, missing each other and struggling to understand what has changed in their beautiful friendship.
Talking about this difficult phase in Vrinda’s life, Priyanshi Yadav, who plays Vrinda, says, “Playing Vrinda is not an easy task because she has been through a lot of hardships, but right now, the most beautiful part of her life is her friendship with Swati. She has found a true friend in Swati, and their bond has been growing stronger with every passing day. However, there is now another heartbreak waiting for Vrinda, as Madhavi wants her to distance herself from Swati. For Vrinda, this is an extremely difficult decision because Swati is the one beautiful part of her life at the moment, and having to deliberately push her away will be emotionally challenging. Portraying these scenes is going to be another challenge for me, but I have really enjoyed doing the emotional scenes with Simran. She is a brilliant actor and the give-and-take between us is always very natural. Just like our friendship on screen, we share a great bond off screen too, and we have a lot of fun while shooting, which makes our scenes come out beautifully. For emotional scenes, it is important for both actors to be equally involved, and Simran is one of those actors who makes your work so much easier. The upcoming episodes will bring some heartbreaking moments as Vrinda begins to distance herself from Swati, and I am excited for the audience to see how she handles this difficult phase.”
Swati and Vrinda’s friendship has been growing stronger with every passing day. However, Vrinda’s promise to Madhavi is going to break many hearts. It will be interesting to see whether their friendship will stand the test of time or whether Madhavi’s plan will succeed.
