Nia Sharma revisits her journalism dreams on COLORS’ ‘Laughter Chefs Unlimited Entertainment’

This weekend on COLORS’ ‘Laughter Chefs Unlimited Entertainment’, the kitchen gets an unexpected dose of newsroom energy as renowned news journalists Shrivardhan Trivedi and Dibang step onto the set. Amid chaotic cooking challenges and laughter, their presence shifts the tone, setting the stage for a surprisingly personal moment.

Their presence stirs a wave of nostalgia for Nia Sharma, who opens up about a lesser-known chapter of her life. In the middle of the show’s usual chaos and banter, Nia reveals her roots in journalism and her long-standing dreams of becoming a crime reporter. This moment stands out and offers a glimpse into what Nia Sharma’s life could have looked like, had she not found her way into acting.

Nia shares, “I studied journalism and always dreamt of becoming a crime reporter. I was deeply fascinated by how stories unfold behind the scenes, the investigation, the urgency, and the responsibility. Acting found me before that dream could, but it never really left me. Having Shrivardhan sir on Laughter Chefs stirred something in me, it brought back a whole chapter of my life I hadn’t revisited in years. Sharing an episode with him felt extra special.”
