“They are rooted, they are commercial, and mazedaar writers hai” Says Karan Johar while praising TVF!

TVF has been the undisputed king of digital content, delivering several mega hits and beloved shows like Panchayat, Kota Factory, Gullak, Aspirants, and many more!
TVF (The Viral Fever) is undoubtedly one of the most loved content creators in the entertainment industry, consistently delivering relatable content to the audience. Through their shows, they have introduced engaging, thought-provoking, and highly relatable subjects, further solidifying their status as the only content creators who truly understand the audience’s taste. There is no one better than them in this regard. While they have always been widely praised for their relatable content, now even renowned filmmaker Karan Johar has expressed admiration for TVF’s writers.
Recently during an interview Karan Johar was seen praising the writers of TVF as he said, “But jo TVF hai na The Viral Fever, unke jo writers haina, vo kamal ke writers hai. They are rooted, they are commercial, and mazedaar writers hai. Bahoot acha likhte hai.”
This well-deserved praise highlights the invaluable contribution of TVF’s writers, who serve as the backbone of their shows, making them easily connect with the audience. This has only been possible because of the founder, Arunabh Kumar, who leads TVF and is a writer himself. He has written several of TVF’s biggest and most acclaimed series. He has fostered an environment of creativity, prioritizing writers and scripts above everything else.
TVF has produced highly successful shows such as Panchayat, Kota Factory, Gullak, Permanent Roommates, TVF Pitchers, TVF Tripling, and more, all of which have received widespread appreciation and recognition across the globe.
Moreover, TVF stands out as the only content creator whose shows have been remade in different languages while preserving a regional touch. For instance, Permanent Roommates was remade in Telugu as CommitMental (2020), FLAMES was remade in Telugu as Tharagathi Gadhi Daati (2021), Hostel Daze had a Tamil remake titled Engga Hostel (2023) and a Telugu remake titled Hostel Days (2023), and Panchayat was remade in Tamil as Thalaivettiyaan Paalayam (2024) and in Telugu as Sivarapalli (2025).
TVF was one of the early entrants in the Indian digital entertainment segment, creating videos that covered a wide range of topics, including Indian politics, movies, lifestyle, and emerging social concepts.
