Replying to the same, the filmmaker answered, “Komalji, if you ask me, nothing has changed. I remember when I started, I wanted to make a film. I saw that there was one man on set who could create his own world. So somewhere, I had a dream of an ideal world, but I had no idea how to make it or what to do. So I told my father, since I was a direct descendant (of the family), and he said, “If your father couldn’t do it, what will you do?” I was sitting there with statistics, but I didn’t understand the shares or distributors. So I said, “I want to make one film.” And at that time, I really wanted to assist Raj Kapoor Sahab. If that film did well, I could go with him as an assistant. I’m that big of a fan.”
