In a recent episode of Raj Shamani’s Figuring Out podcast, MrBeast, one of the biggest names in YouTube entertainment, opened up about how he didn’t spend years of Christmas’ with his family and was away from home for a good amount of year juggling between shooting content for YouTube Channel and his new show Beast Games.

Talking about the launch much anticipated game-show with massive budgets and over winning 40-Guiness World Records, Raj dived deeper with MrBeast about the entire shooting process and how he juggled from being a full-time YouTube creator to shooting a massive show at this stature where MrBeast shared how he dedicated an entire 120-day period solely to filming YouTube videos to ensure he had enough content to stockpile before beginning production on Beast Game. As he explained, “There was a time where I was filming YouTube videos every day for 120 days because I had to stockpile it and keep it going before I started shooting for the Amazon show. Then, after that show, I had to come back and start filming YouTube again.”

He went on to reveal the intense travel schedule that followed, which was not for the faint-hearted. “My schedule at one point was insane. I flew to Canada, LA, San Francisco, Germany, the Netherlands, Canary Islands, Dubai, Oklahoma, Guatemala, Ecuador, Florida, Raleigh, and then back to Dubai. With all of this travel, I didn’t sleep in my own bed for like two months. I mean, I was just flying, flying, flying. And before that, it was 45 to 60 days of filming the show in Canada.”
