Lake City Bhopal: Where Friendship Finds Its Flavor for Sony LIV’s Upcoming ‘Pehla Pyaar <1% Chance'

Prepare to rediscover love with Sony LIV’s captivating new series, ‘Pehla Pyaar: <1% Chance.’ This enchanting journey promises rain-soaked meet-cutes, heart-fluttering moments, and the magic of first love in school. Sony LIV has recently released the teaser, offering viewers a sneak peek into this charming tale that will premiere on Monday, 5th August. The series introduces fresh and talented actors Arista Mehta, Krish Rao and James Ghadge in the lead roles, whose contrasting styles are set to captivate audiences.

Krish Rao as Murli, known for his humility both on and off screen, shared his excitement about working with Sony LIV. He spoke highly about Geeta Tyagi, who plays his mother in the show, praising her guidance over the past few months, which has significantly enhanced his craft. Murli also highlighted the strong bonds he has developed with fellow cast members Arista as Nandini and Joseph as Vikram Bhopal, describing the experience of their trio friendship as truly rewarding.

Further, Krish adds, “During our shoot in Bhopal, I was captivated by the scenic beauty of the numerous lakes and the friendliness of the locals, who made us feel like family. The overall shooting experience was fantastic. This time in the Lake City Bhopal, proved to be a place where our friendship found its flavour. We truly bonded with each other. Since our shooting locations and accommodations were close by, we all became like one big family and got to know each other better. We toured the beautiful city’s lake views, explored interesting street food such as Poha-Jalebi, Dal Pakwan, Shahi Tukda, and many more, played games and pranks, enjoyed films, and spent quality time together.”
Krish also adds about his onscreen mother, Geeta Tyagi, “The bond that I had with Geeta Ma’am reflects beautifully in the episodes. Her immense contribution to my craft in the past few months of shooting has evolved me as an actor, and her humbleness and modest behavior have been truly inspiring.”

Penned by master storyteller Dilip Jha, known for his expertise in creating intricate and heartfelt narratives, the series promises to capture the innocence and excitement of first love in its purest form. Produced by RnD Films, ‘Pehla Pyaar <1% Chance’ comes to life under the expert guidance of showrunner Ritesh Modi.
