Shiv Shakti – Tap Tyag Tandav: Synopsis for this week. 22nd – 27th August,2023

This week on COLORS’ Shiv Shakti – Tap Tyag Tandav, as Lord Shiva decides to quit everything and walk away, Lord Vishnu foresees that mankind and deities will grow apart. Lord Shiva is persuaded to regain his life by Narad and Nandi, meanwhile, the birth of Vajrangi’s child is imminent. Lord Shiva is also infuriated as the devotion towards him among his followers grows. He provides for the immediate needs of his followers and instructs them to approach Lord Brahma and Lord Vishnu instead of him.

Meanwhile, Diti predicts that Tarkasur (Vajrang’s son), will become an asset for the Asuras as he is endowed with the strength to combat elephants. The rising power of the Asuras alarms Lord Brahma and Lord Vishnu.

After Nandi takes Lord Shiva to an unidentified place, he insists Nandi leave him alone. Tarkasur receives blessings for conquering Swarglok which assures every Asur that they will soon reign over the entire universe. The Asuras also interpret Lord Shiva’s disappearance from existence as a sign of their imminent triumph.
