THOUGHT NETFLIX’S CLASS HAD TOO MANY SECRETS? WAIT TILL YOU FIND OUT ABOUT THE CAST OF CLASS’ HIDDEN TALENTS

Within just a week of it’s launch, Netflix’s Class is currently keeping audiences gripped with an enthralling plot and fresh faces who have managed to capture hearts with their performances. While Class is a fictional representation of the lives of young adults who battle some very real issues, each of these actors have played their roles beautifully. If you enjoyed watching them on screen and got overly invested in their lives – you’ll love these exclusive sneak-peeks into their lives!

Gurfateh Pirzada
Contrary to playing the role of the older and more outspoken brother, Neeraj a.k.a., Gurfateh Pirzada, in real life, was extremely shy as a kid. So much so that he often hid under his bed to avoid interacting with people. The actor’s journey since then has taken a turn as he has quickly caught everyone’s attention for stealing the scene!

Chayan Chopra
Chayan has swapped his affection for Faruq with a passion for water. He boasts a remarkable talent for discerning the taste of various types of water and is known to splurge on obtaining the most costly ones. Next time you drink water, pay homage to Chayan and be grateful for his reminder to hydrate properly.

Chintan Rachchh
The interwebs are flooding with compilation reels and hashtags of Chintan Rachchh’s character Faruq and Dhruv’s ship; but what you may not know about this actor is that, not only is he the youngest cast member of the ensemble, he’s also a poet! Chintan often spends his time writing poems about matters of the heart and lessons he’s learnt. While his character in the series is more reserved, the cast of Class can also attest to this – Chintan loves cracking pun-ny one-liners!

Madhyama Segal
The talented and charming Saba Manzoor, portrayed by Madhyama Segal, shines both on and off-screen. Besides being a professional dancer, Madhyama also teaches the art. Little known fact: her graceful dance moves are inherited from her great grandmother, the legendary dancer and actress Zohra Segal. And that’s not all, Madhyama’s creativity extends to her passion for sewing. In her downtime, she indulges in this hobby and shows off her needle and thread skills.

Piyush Khati
From Neeraj’s Baby Bro to a Sleep-Anywhere Superstar! Did you know that Piyush Khati, the actor behind the lovable character of Dheeraj, has the amazing ability to fall asleep anywhere? Whether it’s a moving vehicle, a random chair, or even just a soft patch of grass, Piyush can doze off with ease. It’s no wonder Piyush always brought his A-game to the sets. So, the next time you’re feeling a little envious of his on-screen energy, just remember: he’s got a secret weapon (or should we say, pillow) that helps him power through the day.

Anjali Sivaraman
With eyes to kill, looks to mesmerise, and a voice to love – Anjali Sivaraman who plays the mysterious rebel child, Suhani Ahuja, is a singer in real life. Much like her mother Chitra Sivaraman a.k.a., Chitra Iyer, a professional and popular singer, Anjali, too, can carry a tune. In fact, Anjali was also a part of a choir back in her school days and was professionally trained in this craft while growing up. You can find her cover videos on YouTube and you’ll know exactly how effortlessly she carries a tune!

Moses Koul
Sharan Gujral aka Moses is another musician onboard the cast of Class. The actor is a guitarist and has invested several years in music. He has a band called Kraken and also plays the guitar as a part of popular rapper Divine’s live band. Revealed by the actor himself in one of the interviews, Moses has an “erratic” sleep cycle because the creative side of music comes buzzing to him at odd hours!

Ayesha Kanga
The Gen-Z queen in reel and real life, Ayesha Kanga aka Yashika was a graphic designer before she stepped into designer clothes! If that’s not enough, the actress and model was also interested in pursuing machine learning and AI before stepping into the world of glitz and glamour. Ayesha also used her Gen-Z literacy to help the creators bring in aspects of the lingo.

Naina Bhan
The actress who brings the mean girl, Naina, to life on Netflix’s newest hit show, Class, sees a bit of herself in her character. When she looks back at her life, she sees a blend of the iconic Blair Waldorf from Gossip Girl and Class’ Naina Bhan. With a keen sense of style and a sharp tongue, Naina embodies the essence of a true queen bee, just like Blair. But unlike Blair, Naina isn’t afraid to get off her throne and go the mile to get what she wants – she’s smart, suave and cut-throat but she’s also extremely loyal to the ones she loves – making her the perfect fit for the role in Class.

Cwaayal Singh
Cwaayal Singh brings more than just laughs to the screen. In addition to his comedic timing, he’s got some serious skills when it comes to handling weapons. With the ability to operate 10 different guns and a military training background, Cwaayal is a true stud both on and off the screen. But that’s not all: this fitness enthusiast is dedicated to maintaining his perfectly toned physique through a strict diet and regular gym sessions.

Zeyn Shaw
Zeyn Shaw is as cool as Veer Ahuja in real life. The actor has the unique ability of balancing a fidget spinner on his nose for longer periods of time – going as far as 10 minutes, and even up to half an hour! And the best eye witness to this harmless, charming stunt has been the cast of Class on the sets of the series.

If you haven’t watched Class yet, here is a sign for you to do so. Seeing these talented artists take over the screen is truly worth a binge-watching sesh!
