“Nothing in this world is stronger than a mother’s love,” says Sony TV’s Yashomati Maiyaa ke Nandlala’s lead Neha Sargam

The wait is over as Sony Entertainment Television’s latest offering, Yashomati Maiyya Ke Nandlala, brings to its viewers a refreshing narrative of the mother-son bond between Yashoda and Kanha (Lord Shri Krishna).

In its first week, viewers will witness Yashoda Maiyaa’s (Neha Sargam) wish-fulfillment for a child by Lord Vishnu who takes over Krishna’s avatar to experience a mother’s love and to vanquish Kans. He will be seen promising Dhara that she will become Krishna’s mother in her next avatar. The week will set a premise to one of the greatest mother-son relationships in mythology. Viewers will see Yashoda Maiyaa’s love for her natkhat Krishna.

There’s more! Kans will get baffled after hearing an Akashwani that predicts his defeat in the hands of Devki’s eighth child, which makes him try to kill Devki. But the week will end on a happy note with Purnamashi coming in and informing Yashoda that her wish has been fulfilled and soon she is going to be a mother, leaving Yashoda and Nand elated.

Neha Sargam, essaying the role of Yashoda, says, “The first week is filled with all kinds of emotions! Yashoda Maiyaa has always craved for a child and having her wish fulfilled is something she never expected. Her life will now take an interesting turn with Kanha, and viewers are sure to experience sympathy and love for Yashoda Maiyaa. I was very emotional while shooting this sequence as it made me realize that there is nothing in this world that is stronger than a mother’s love!”
