Ajay Devgn talks about directing megastar Amitabh Bachchan for ‘Runway 34’ on Sony TV’s The Kapil Sharma Show

This Sunday, Sony Entertainment Television’s The Kapil Sharma Show will be welcoming the cast of ‘Runway 34’ – Ajay Devgn, Rakul Preet Singh, Aakanksha Singh and Angira Dhar. While talking about the film, Kapil Sharma will be seen asking Ajay Devgn to share his experience directing megastar Amitabh Bachchan for the movie.

Narrating his experience Ajay Devgn said, “I don’t think I need to say much… Amit Ji is Amit Ji… the legend! There is always something to learn from him. I have grown up watching him and his films. There is a comfort zone hence it was not difficult directing him. He is a director’s actor. He does exactly what you want him to do. He actually inspires you!”

The actor also then spoke about working with the late actor Amrish Puri Ji in the 1991 film ‘Phool Aur Kaante’. Ajay shared, “Amrish Ji was like a father figure to me. He was one of the nicest human beings I have ever known in the industry.”
