It was challenging to play a crime reporter in Akshay Kumar’s Bachchan Pandey: Abhishek Saxena

Actor Abhishek Saxena is getting good reviews for his performance in Akshay Kumar’s Bachchan Pandey. He was also part of Housefull 4. He has an interesting role in Bachchan Pandey, which also features Kriti Sanon, Jacqueline Fernandez, Arshad Warsi, Pankaj Tripathi in important roles.

Abhishek said, “I play the role of Abhinav Tripathi, a Baghwa based journalist in the film Bachchhan Paandey who writes stories about criminals and gangsters. One day, he wrote an article about Bachchhan Paandey with his caricature. The funny caricature with the article resulted to serious consequences to my role.”

Abhishek added, “It was a challenging role and my first with Akshay Kumar. I am glad I got an opportunity to play this role and I thank Farhad Samji for the same. I look forward to more such interesting roles in the future.”

Bachchhan Paandey released in theatres on 18th March 2022.
