&TV Artists Kenisha Bhardwaj, Archana Mittal and Vishal Nayak take us on tour to Rajasthan on National Tourism Day

National Tourism Day is celebrated every year on 25th January to promote and encourage tourism. This National Tourism Day, &TV’s Ghar Ek Mandir- Kripa Agrasen Maharaja Ki artists Kenisha Bhardwaj aka Nisha Agarwal, Archana Mittal aka Anuradha Agarwal and Vishal Nayak aka Manish Agarwal, who are currently shooting in the state, share their favourite destinations and must-visit places in Rajasthan.

Kenisha Bhardwaj aka Nisha Agarwal of Ghar Ek Mandir- Kripa Agrasen Maharaja Ki shares, “Rajasthan has become my favourite place to reside ever since I have started shooting for my show here. It has the most beautiful heritage properties, picturesque architecture, and old-world streets. Everywhere you look, there is a mixture of beauty and culture that soothes my eyes. The Kumbhalgarh Fort is located right in the middle of a forest and offers the most magnificent views from the top. It is one of my favuorite places to visit in Rajasthan.” Archana Mittal aka Anuradha Agarwal of Ghar Ek Mandir- Kripa Agrasen Maharaja Ki adds, “The cast and crew have been shooting in the Pink City of Jaipur for quite some time and the Hawa Mahal is my favourite tourist destination in the place. Built with Red and Pink sandstone, the structure of Hawa Mahal is one of the most exquisite designs I have seen and the colourful windows make the Mahal look even more beautiful especially at night. Shopping in Jaipur is an amazing experience and I enjoy shopping handicrafts and traditional fabrics in the city.”

Vishal Nayak aka Manish Agarwal from Ghar Ek Mandir- Kripa Agrasen Maharaja ki says, “I am yet to explore the full state of Rajasthan but as much as I have seen, I have completely fallen in love with it. The city located in the heart of the Thar desert, Jaisalmer, has caught my attention the most. The place offers the most enthralling experience for adventure enthusiasts and the desert safari was something I will remember for a lifetime. The Patwa Haveli and Gadisar Lake are my most favourite places to visit during sunset in Jaisalmer and of course, the cuisine of the place is to die for! Their Dal Baati Choorma and Makhania Lassi are incredible and a must-try if you are in Rajasthan.”
