Divyenndu starrer Mere Desh Ki Dharti wins the 2nd Best Film at Jaipur International Film Festival 2022

Carnival Motion Pictures, one of the leading Production studio led by Dr. Shrikant Bhasi next anticipated release Mere Desh Ki Dharti has started the year on a winning note. The film has been awarded the 2nd Best Film at the Jaipur International Film Festival.

Sharing his excitement, lead actor Divyenndu said, “ I am so happy and elated about our win at the Jaipur Film Festival. This one is very special, as it is more than a film for me and I wish to dedicate it to the farmers of this country with all my heart. Mere Desh Ki Dharti is a film packed with emotions, fun and an extremely relevant message so I hope everybody is gonna really enjoy it.”

Director Faraz Haider added “We are truly grateful to JIFF for honouring us with this award as ‘Mere Desh ki Dharti’ is film that speaks a lot about current scenario of Youth and Farmers”.

MDKD is a social drama on contemporary situations prevailing in our country where rural and urban divide comes to the force. The film goes into the depth of a problem where the urban youth should take up the cudgels and become a definitive part of rural reality and economics. While farming is a major enterprise; it has taken a back stage because the youth is looking for options in urban cities. The film paves the path of bringing the two worlds together through our protagonists.

Mere Desh Ki Dharti’ stars internet’s favorite Divyenndu along with Anupria Goenka, Anant Vidhaat in the lead. The film is directed by Faraz Haider and is produced by Vaishali Sarwankar under the banner of Carnival Motion Pictures. The movie’s extended cast includes Inaamulhaq, Brijendra Kala, Rajesh Sharma, Atul Shrivastava, Farrukh Jafar amongst others in significant roles.
