It’s raining praises for Mahima Makwana for her debut film, Antim!

The fresh faced Mahima Makwana made a splash as she stepped into the glamorous world of Bollywood with the Salman Khan film, Antim. The actress has since then received a positive response for her role be it based on the teaser, song or trailer of the film. Now that the movie has hit the silver screen, the audience and film critics have showered praises galore on her debut performance amazing reviews from critics and audiences for her performance and thereby stating that she is here to stay!

Mahima’s lovable character of Manda is what any girl would in a small town would aspire to be, the strong independent and fierce woman of today’s world. The earnest portrayal of her character got her praises galore from girls and boys alike and the pretty debutant has stolen our hearts with her performance. She was seen opposite Ayush Sharma as his love interest and their romantic chemistry was certainly palpable. The actress did full justice to her character and left her mark on the audiences mind.

Speaking on the outstanding response Mahima says ‘I’m so overwhelmed with the response I’ve been getting from everyone. The messages and calls that I have received have not only given me loads of happiness but has also driven me to work harder. I’m so glad I could pull of my character in a way people would notice me. The love and support I’m getting from all over is humbling and like a dream come true. I never thought I would be able to potray a character so fearless and strong and this wouldn’t be possible without the constant support of Salman Sir, Ayush, Mahesh sir and the entire team of Antim. The character of Manda would always be a memorable character for me’.
