Director Saqib Pandor explains what makes his latest short film ‘Gupt Gyaan’ a must watch

Teenage love story ‘Gupt Gyaan’ recently premiered on Amazon miniTV on November 18. The film chronicles a relatable and meaningful story involving two teenagers who explore the confusing and emotional phase that everyone goes through at that innocent yet volatile age. Talking about how easy it is for viewers to connect with the movie, the director of ‘Gupt Gyaan’ – Saqib Pandor spilled some beans on what makes his film so very relatable.

Commenting on the subject, director Saqib Pandors said “It’s a very relatable subject for each and everyone. I took some collective opinions from my friends and the feedback that I received from all of them was that, ‘It’s such a relatable topic’. It’s not that these stories take place in small towns, it happens everywhere – this confusion, this half-baked knowledge in this age group. We all go through it, it’s just that we don’t speak up much about it. So, I think it is relatable for everyone and watching this movie will definitely bring back fond memories.”

For the uninitiated, ‘Gupt Gyaan’, is produced by Guneet Monga and Achin Jain, under the banner of Sikhya Entertainment – India’s leading production house. Featuring the talented and popular duo of Ashlesha Thakur and Vishesh Bansal, ‘Gupt Gyaan’ is the second movie as part of the multi-film collaboration with Sikhya Entertainment. The film explores a meaningful subject about young love, the confusing and emotional phase that teenagers go through.

‘Gupt Gyaan’ is available to stream exclusively on Amazon miniTV within the Amazon shopping app.
