She has performed in Uganda and London and was there for 2 to 3 months in different years.
Singer Yogita Borate says about the Gujarati song ‘Ghor Andhari Re’, “Since I am originally from Baroda, I have watched Navratri very closely. The garba there is spectacular and audible at the same time. There is indeed a huge crowd to play Garba on the ground, but there is a huge cloud to listen to the Garba songs outside the Ground. And even today, Baroda still follows the same tradition as Garba. My musician friend Yogesh Rairikar is also from Baroda. So we both decided to do this song together.”
She added, “This is my first song which was made in just 10 days. It takes a long time to process any song. There are many things from recording to filming. There were many difficulties while processing the entire song, there was less time on our hands. But thanks to Amba Mata, the song was completed. The programming and mixing of this song took place in Surat, the live rhythm of this song was done in Baroda, while the audio was done in Aajivasan Studio in Mumbai. A song that travelled so many places was released on 7th October with the blessings of Goddess Amba Mata. I am in deep gratitude for everyone who contributed to this song.” Says Singer Yogita Borate.
