Sub: The possession of the office of the said union by the members of the official committee of the subject union and the payment of the overdue salary of the workers.

In connection with the above subject, we are giving you a written statement through this letter that the election of our organization called Film Studio Setting Allied Mazdoor Union was held in the year 2015 through your federation. Our new committee (Premsing Panel) had won that election. You know this. The above organization is affiliated with you. So we are giving you detailed information for your information.

In our organization, a handful of illegal and unauthorized hooligans have been occupying the office of the organization since 2015. Even after presenting to you all the legal issues against the hooligans from the year 2015 and 2017, you have not taken any action on our letters. Therefore, on 02/07/2021, Raju Sapte was unnecessarily killed.

The main accused Gangeshwarlal Srivastava alias Sanju, Rakesh Morya and their accomplices were have been found guilty in the suicide case of Raju Sapte (art director)  under sections 120-B, 306, 34, 384, 420, 386, 387, 506, 406 of the Indian Penal Code. Some are in prison and some are absconding.

As a result of this incident, Crores of rupees of salaries of all our workers are stuck in the bank accounts of the union. As a result, thousands of our member workers are facing starvation and their condition is very bad during this Corona period. A financial crisis has befallen their family.

In order to get the salary of our member workers as soon as possible, you should help and cooperate with us in getting possession of our office and bank account. We have already written to you about the fact that our committee is official. Otherwise, a strike will be staged at your office with the labor members of all the above unions.
