Shweta Shetty’s latest track ‘Jalne Mein Hai Mazaa’ brings disco back with a bang!

Shweta Shetty redefined the pop music culture in India with her album ‘Johnny Joker’. The iconic queen of disco is back with a bang as her newest single ‘Jalne Mein Hai Mazaa’ is out today!

Get ready to dance, love and burn as Shweta Shetty puts her signature twist on a love ballad that was initially produced by composers Salim-Sulaiman in 1994. The artist fell in love with the song back in the day and finally realizes that dream 26 years later.

After a 21 year hiatus, Shweta Shetty proves she’s still got it, taking on some challenging aerial choreography in the track, designed by ace choreographer Tino Sanchez. The acclaimed choreographer from the Omaggio School of Dance, has worked with international artists like Jennifer Lopez, Celine Dion and several stage productions.

Known for her vocal styling as much as she is for her music videos, this one too promises to be just as interesting! With its disco lights and retro backdrop, ‘Jalne Mein Hai Mazaa’ will have you glued to your screens.

Looking every bit like a goddess, Shweta Shetty is all about the glimmer and glamour, as she rocks an edgy bodysuit with knee high boots in the music video, directed by Fahd Shah, with cinematography by Shiraz Bhattacharya.

Talking about the song Shweta Shetty says, “The song is out today and I feel incredible. I remember listening to ‘Jalne Mein Hai Mazaa’ in 1994 and wanting so badly to release it as my first single of the album ‘Shweta The New Album’. But better late than never, it’s finally happening and I’m so grateful for all the love and support from my fans and well-wishers. This song is all about how when you love someone so much, it’s inevitable to feel pain. Phir bhi, Jalne Mein Hai Mazaa.”

‘Jalne Mein Hai Mazaa’ is re-created by Addy S from Shweta Shetty’s album, ‘Shweta The New Album’. Produced as a ballad by Salim-Sulaiman Merchant in 1994, the song is out now on Sony Music and all music channels.
