Ekta Kapoor promotes ‘The Married Woman’ with Jeetendra, Ridhi Dogra & Monica Dogra on Indian Idol 12!
The empowering show – ‘The Married Woman’ from ALTBalaji launched today on the occasion of International Women’s Day, created quite the stir with its trailer and is finally out for audiences to enjoy. Addressing a subject that is still considered a taboo and isn’t addressed often in cinema or entertainment, content czarina and OTT disruptor Ekta Kapoor, with this gem hopes to break the clutter and familiarize the viewers with the subject.
The successful producer recently visited the sets of the popular music reality show, Indian Idol along with her legendary actor-father Jeetendra and the show cast – Ridhi Dogra and Monica Dogra to promote their latest show ‘The Married Woman’ which has been hugely appreciated by the viewers, entertainment fraternity and critics alike.
While Indian Idol has been celebrating legendary actors and actresses in this season, they extended a heartfelt invite to the queen of the television, movies and OTT world – Ekta Kapoor and legendary actor Jeetendra to grace their show and celebrate the father-daughter duo and their numerous achievements over the years.
Both Ekta Kapoor and Jeetendraji thoroughly enjoyed the performances by the talented contestants and also shared a few interesting, inspiring and fun anecdotes with them. While the contestants performed on iconic songs of the evergreen superstar, they were truly inspired and moved by Ekta Kapoor’s revolutionary body of work.
Interestingly, both the lead actors of the show, Ridhi Dogra and Monica Dogra had a whale of a time watching the contestants perform and spoke about ‘The Married Woman’ and shared few interesting anecdotes working on the show.
