Undekhi actors applauds their Director Ashish R. Shukla

Directer Ashish R. Shukla who was creative head in Dev D has directed films like Prague and now SonyLiv series Undekhi , enthralling thriller which is streaming now and getting an overwhelming response from all over. He is getting all praises from his actors.

Divyendu Bhattacharya on praising him, “Ashish R. Shukla is very fantastic director and we are friends since Dev D. I’m doing my next film Bahut hua Sammaan with Ashish. He is phenomenal with lot of clearity in terms of work. He is very great when it comes to handling actor and subject. It’s a delightful working with him.”

On working for the first time with Ashish, Harsh Chaya mentioned, “I had a very good and a comfortable time working with Ashish. He allows the space and is open to ideas and makes feel participative, not breathing heavy upon one’s neck as a ‘director’ but does not get distracted either and sticks to the vision of the script and the story.”

Surya Sharma who played Rinku shares, “Rinku wouldn’t have been possible if Ashish sir wouldn’t have extracted that from surya. It was a great learning experience and looking forward to work with him again.”

Apeksha Porwal who essayed Koyal says, “It was a dream work with him, inspiring and motivating in equal measure. I was always raptured by his knowledge of filmmaking and cinema. Koyal is a character far from Apeksha and he helped me find her every step of the way. From giving me movies to reference to showing me his vision of her, he would never tell me what to do, but he would discuss the character’s motivation, her thought process, and a few key directions and then let me explore Koyal myself.
