This weekend, TKSS will be hosting the most celebrated artists who reached the pinnacle of success with their portrayal of Shri Ram, Mata Seeta and Laxman on the coveted show – Ramayan.

• From commoners to renowned Bollywood artists folded their hands and bowed in respect treating Arun Govil as Shree Ram
• The cast got to know their popularity after 3 months when they were been called by Rajiv Gandhi to Delhi for felicitation
• Around one million people gathered at 10 Km wide Banaras Ghat just to see the glimpse of Arun Govil, Deepika Chikhalia and Sunil Lahri in the attire of the Shree Ram, Mata Sita and Laxman
• In Mauritius with his wife, when Arun Govil was crossing the street, a few people recognized him from Ramayan and they got off their cars and did Sashtang Dandvat Pranam in the middle of the road
• Deepika Chikhalia was a young girl whilst playing the character of Mata Sita, but she had to be in saree on and off screen to maintain the piousness of the character
