“She is indeed a self-made actress”: Thailavi writer Vijayendra Prasad on Kangana Ranaut

Even after the success of Manikarnika, KV Vijayendra Prasad and Kangana continued to work together, and it was during discussion on her biopic when he mentioned Jayalalithaa biopic, and that’s how Kangana came into the picture, and eventually signed it.

Recently, in an interaction, Prasad was asked about Kangana, since she was all praise for him. “It’s sweet of Kangana to say nice things about me. In an age where earning the position of a leading lady in Bollywood is so challenging, she went on to shoulder a film without anyone’s support. She is indeed a self-made actress”, said the veteran writer – director.

Apart from Jayalalithaa biopic, Kangana will also be seen in Panga and Mental Hai Kya, and is gearing up for her next Directorial venture.
