Dual celebrations and trials in Sony SAB’s ‘Wagle Ki Duniya’ as the Wagles celebrate Ganpati and Vidya’s baby shower

Sony SAB’s ‘Wagle Ki Duniya – Nayi Peedhi Naye Kissey’ follows the struggles and triumphs of the Wagle family. In recent episodes, the entire Wagle family beams with excitement as they eagerly anticipate the arrival of Ganpati. Meanwhile, Manoj Wagle (Vipul Deshpande) is keen on organising a baby shower for his wife Vidya (Sukanaya Surve) as they are expecting their first child.
However, the celebrations are short-lived, when things take a turn and Vidya insists that Rajesh (Sumeet Raghvan) should refrain from helping Manoj financially, urging him to handle the arrangements on his own. In his desperation, Manoj turns to a money-lending app but unknowingly falls victim to a fraud. As both the Ganpati celebration and the baby shower approaches, the Wagles find themselves juggling festive joy with the looming stress of Manoj’s financial crisis.

Sumeet Raghvan, who plays the role of Rajesh in Wagle Ki Duniya, said, “Ganpati is an important festival for the Wagle family, and welcoming Bappa home always brings them a sense of peace and joy. But just like in life, not everything goes as smoothly as planned. This time, the joy is doubled as Vidya is set to soon deliver. Now, while the family is preparing for the celebrations of Ganpati and Vidya’s Godbharai, we see how small misunderstandings can create big hurdles. But even in moments of tension and stress, the Wagles come together to overcome challenges and viewers will see how Manoj’s crisis is sorted out. And perhaps Bappa’s arrival will guide them through this tricky situation.”
