Producer Sachin Pandey Reveals Star Plus’ Tod Kar Dil Mera ‘Has Been Shot 100 Percent on Real Locations With No Sets at All’

Star Plus, one of the leading channels in the television industry, has consistently brought some of the most entertaining shows to the platform. The channel has always tried to present new stories that keep audiences hooked. Once again, it is bringing another love saga titled Tod Kar Dil Mera, a story that stands apart from other love stories as it begins with an arranged marriage and is set against the backdrop of Lucknow.

The show’s promos have already offered glimpses of beautiful locations in the background. Adding to the intrigue, the producer of the show, Sachin Pandey, recently revealed in an interview that this is the first time a Star Plus show has been shot entirely on live locations, with no sets at all, making it even more engaging and connecting for audiences.

Producer Sachin Pandey revealed, “This is the first time that a Star Plus show has been shot entirely on live locations, frame by frame, outside Mumbai. While there have been shows shot outside Mumbai earlier as well, those were still filmed on sets. This show, however, has been shot 100 percent on real locations, with no sets at all.” He further added, “It has been a challenging process, but at the same time, an extremely important one.”

Tod Kar Dil Mera features Anurima Chakraborty playing the character of Raushni, along with Ashish Raghav, who will star as Raj. The show is set in the city of Luckow, where the show begins with an arranged marriage and shows the unfolding of their journey and how they discover love while being different in ideologies.
