Mohak Matkar, who essays the role of Saru, met Jyoti — a young woman from Haryana whose real-life journey reflects the same grit, courage, and resilience that Saru portrays on screen. It’s a dream shared by so many girls across the country who are still waiting to be seen, to be heard, to be given a chance.”
