Sukhmani Sadana impresses with her impactful role in Apharan 2

Ekta Kapoor’s thriller web series Apharan is back with season 2 and is already making waves in the world of OTT. Leaving an impressive mark in the series is Sukhmani Sadana who is seen in a brand new badass avatar. The actress plays the role of Nafisa who is a hardcore woman whom everyone fears.

A special screening for the industry was held yesterday with the who’s who of the tinsel town in attendance. The first episode of the series end with her introduction. The show looks fabulous laced with thrill and a hint of comedy. The actress is receiving praises from all corners including stars like Sonali Bendre, Aamir Ali, Goldie Behl, Amit Gaur, Jatin Sarna, Simran Kaur Mundi and many others.

An elated Sukhmani says, “I am thrilled to see already such good response to Apharan 2. I look forward to the reactions of the audience after the series premieres tomorrow.”

Apharan 2 features Arunoday Singh playing a desi cop Rudra who sets out on a risky mission to kidnap criminal mastermind BBS. His chase makes him cross borders and take on a whole lot of bad guys. The series also stars Nidhi Singh, Jeetendra, Snehil Mehra among others.

Directed by Santosh Singh Apharan 2 premieres on Voot Select on March 18.
